Rychcik won the JMU regional in 2015.

But then the program fell off a cliff and he was fired after 6 seasons. His last team was 5-18 in the ACC.

The whole #homerunmindset is an interesting approach. Her current recruiting class has only 1 potential pitcher and even that girl may have been recruited for her hitting. The press release quotes the coach as talking about what great hitters the class has.
