Saw your post about the Southwest sale. Since Southwest allows you to re-book at lower fares if you ever notice them, I took a look at today's fares for a trip I'm taking in October (and had already booked).

I looked, and our outbound flights were $69 less expensive, each (me + wife). But, I couldn’t get it to rebook the ticket at the lower price, on my phone app. So, I called them. The agent listend to my story and then re-booked at their lowest rate available and were able to save me $164 each. Which is weird because not only is that more savings per ticket than I had seen in the app IT’S MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL PRICE I EVEN PAID FOR THE OUTBOUND FLIGHT ($115). I pointed that out to the agent, assuming she had touched our return flight too but no, it’s the same. Just got the confirmation email showing us on the same flights but with 2 x $164 credited to our Southwest account. WHEEEE!!!!

Time to head to Kroger and buy some lottery tickets !
