Local high school had tennis courts refurbished, w/a six inch gap under...


the fence. Low bidder I guess, completely clueless. It got fixed eventually, basically putting down another surface, there are still places where if it hits just right the ball will roll out.

So yeah, whoever built it probably thought it was a yard for dogs or something.
