I went to the Cornell booster club event in 2006 when


The ncaas were in St Louis. The place was packed with Cornell fans.

Kohl called every guy who had qualified for nationals up on stage. And he went person by person through all the things they needed to improve upon to become a national champion. In front of the whole crowd.

I don’t remember many of them getting any positive comments. Just a to do list for what they needed to get better at. It was a unique presentation for sure.
