Probably the only person they could get honestly


No big name coach wants to go there right now because they might be looking for a job again in the next 5 years if Stanford chooses to kill the program again. Just look at Fresno State as that precedent.

Koll likely won't be coaching much longer anyway so if Stanford reverses course again, it won't impact him all that much. In return, Stanford gets a great recruiter who now has scholarship money that he can offer.
