Do some research. Some states offer hope and or promise scholarships. In state athletes with a high school B average, maintaining that ave in college, receive close to 80per cent tuition, freeing up so much scholarship money that virtually everyone on the roster is on full scholarship or close to it. I know what states offer these and Virginia is not one of them.
