I doubt Tech can steal Tech grad Christine Halfpenny from Notre Dame or get JMU's Shelley Klaes to move up to the highest level, the ACC. Those would be grand slam hires. Whit will probably go after head coaches from successful programs like Richmond, Jacksonville, Temple, Drexel, and High Point.
