The LHN is merely a payoff scheme

Texas gets $15 million a year from ESPN for the LHN.

That was merely a way for ESPN to pay Texas to stay in the Big 12.

ESPN lost money during the early years of the LHN. It may break even now, but it has not and will not be a money maker for ESPN.

If Texas finds another way to make more money without the LHN (like join the SEC), the LHN will go away.

I don't see Texas being involved with the ACC in any manner.
