not sure whether your impressions differ but, through almost three games now I would not rave over the umpiring. While not as deficient as women's hoops officials the plate umps seem inconsistent, within the same game, and I am not sure the replay reviews and challenges have been handled that well. Of course, my questions on replay may be more an ACC network issue and the umps got it right with a better view.

I am glad VT got by ND. They will need to be sharper against Clemson. I think a win tomorrow and a trip to the Saturday championship gives them a decent shot at a hosting role.
