Grandson just called and told me my old rental I sold in '93 for $180K to

a friend in Calif, he just sold for $935k. This same house I lost $30k on. Time and place:( My home there was the same floor model but mine was updated and had an extra room added on. I could have sold it for over a mil now. Should have kept it for sure. Who knew. Calif real estate.
