Does GasBuddy track who's out and who has? I'm heading to...

Richmond and then Charleston, SC next weekend from Cincinnati and am a bit concerned. But knowing at least GasBuddy would show who probably has it would make me a little more comfortable to find gas (if still a problem in 9-10 days).
