Agree. ACC would facilitate a ND type deal with Texas. Guaranteed under

Swofford! However with the new guy, Phillips, I'm not so sure. If he's able to find a way to keep the NDs and Texas' appeased while also increasing revenue, prestige of the ACC along with keeping current member teams happy and receiving more conference money....He would pretty much be the ACC Commish we've all been waiting for.
