We have a mutual friend who is acting as his unpaid business manager


she tells him what he needs to do, he agrees, then doesn't do it. She offers to do it for him, and he says no.

She wants to wring his neck and she vents at me because I both know him and know what's involved in running a business. I'm one of the very few people she can confide in about this who will get it.
