Jairus...

Freshman year at BC played a solid role...

Sophomore year he was "the man" and minutes went up and production went up...

Last year at Maryland minutes went DOWN and production went UP...less turnovers, increased 3Pt% from 28% to 43%

So here's the breakdown

He's 6'8 and can guard 2 through 5, making him an excellent wing defender and a deadly small ball 4.

He's gotten better where it matters every single year despite changed roles and changed programs. That shows he can catch on an be productive in any role.

He solves 2 issues for VT in one spot (a bigger wing defender and a 4 who can stretch the floor)

As far as if theres a connection and interest I have no clue...but hes a Charlotte kid who played in the ACC so I know hes aware VT is a solid program and it is closer to home than he was at BC and Maryland
