Depends what MY wants to do...

You could move everyone up a spot and hire a 3rd asst. You could move Webster up a spot and hire a 2nd asst. You could lure a bigger asst with an assoc. HC position. Just depends what is out there, who is interested and what that means for the rest of the staff.

Ordinarily I would bring up Shane Nichols, but he just joined his brother's staff at Radford, so I don't think he'd leave him so quickly.

Probably needs to be a minority candidate. Other than that, don't have a lot of info...maybe someone with ties to the Charlotte or Atlanta area
