FWIW, The Georgia AD said he thought their hosting chances were nil

I met a sportwriter at the ACC Pod play in February who attended the Alabama- Georgia games this past weekend and the AD felt their only chance was to win one versus Alabama which they didn't do.

But who knows with the NCAA.
