I agree with you. But, I imagine it is easier for them to enforce a


blanket policy: if you are in/on CW property, you will be masked?

I have been hesitant to go there because I do not want to be masked up walking around outside. I understand doing while inside, that I have no issue with, but not when I am outside spaced apart.
