What have we the backers and school given to this staff to suggest

That should be a minimum?

When at best we are running about 5th or lower as far as providing, not buildings but staff and operational type $$$$. why should the expectation be to beat those investing more?

But to your question, I want to see a team that passes the eyeball test of wanting to play for the coach and for each other, not just for a game but all season long.
