Clemson, FSU, and Miami could schedule a home-home series
or neutral site game with Notre Dame at any point in time though. So ACC really gains nothing in that regards. Yes, the rest of the ACC gets to play Notre Dame every few years. However, the ACC loses money whenever the game is played @Notre Dame because of Notre Dame's media contract. ESPN is certainly not going to give the ACC more money as long as Notre Dame's contract with NBC still exists.
WRT the bowl alliance, you may want to double check your history because the ACC's tie-ins really have not improved because of Notre Dame.
Orange Bowl: ACC already had the tie-in prior to the Notre Dame deal
Camping World Bowl: ACC already had the tie-in prior to the Notre Dame deal under the bowl's prior names (i.e. Blockbuster Bowl, Carquest Bowl, MicronPC Bowl, Tangerine Bowl, Champs Sports Bowl, and Russell Athletic Bowl)
Belk Bowl: ACC already had the tie-in prior to the Notre Dame deal
Holiday Bowl: A new deal for the ACC. It is debatable on how much Notre Dame factored into the decision vs. finding a new conference to match-up against the Pac-12.
Fenway Park Bowl: A new deal for the ACC. It is debatable on how much Notre Dame factored into the decision vs. the bowl wanting 2 conferences, the other being the AAC, which has a presence in the New England region
Sun Bowl: ACC already had the tie-in prior to the Notre Dame deal
TaxSlayer Gator Bowl: ACC already had the tie-in prior to the Notre Dame deal
Military Bowl: ACC already had the tie-in prior to the Notre Dame deal
Independence Bowl: ACC already had the tie-in prior to the Notre Dame deal
Secondary deals include the following:
Gasparilla Bowl
Birmingham Bowl
First Responders Bowl
I doubt the ACC's relationship with Notre Dame had any bearing on the secondary deals. Here is a list of bowl games that the ACC has lost since the ACC agreed to its deal with Notre Dame.
Peach/CFA Bowl
Music City Bowl
Little Caesars Bowl/Quick Lane Bowl
