I know exactly what you are going through. I had a problem with my 2013

tax return. Sent them many pages of the return along with everything TurboTax had. Took several back and fourths with them and each time got no results. After about the fourth time I get a letter that says I'm in the wrong area. Took 4 times??? Finally, they turned it over to a tax advocate who righted the ship so to speak and they came out the loser in it all:)
