The offensive staff can scheme with that in mind and the OL, RBs and WRs can train accordingly. BB/HH/QP really needed spring practice to sort itself out last year. Not having it, spending the summer quarantined and having covid cases in august set the stage for the way the QB scenario played out. Time to be solid at QB
