This is a good conversation, nothing personal, just discussing an issue
So let me take it one more. You are a very knowledgable person with a lot of inside insight into especially college basketball so from what you know, what would that look like.
Are you suggesting that any player, anywhere have a once a eligibility lifetime chance to just move somewhere else? If so, what if the player makes the wrong choice again? I am thinking of Hazelton. His first was because he had shown himself and the world that he was a legitimate P5 player who had been missed by all the P5 coaches out of high school. But then he got here and after 2 years found that the role he would play was not what he wanted. Do you see any circumstance where a 2nd transfer would be blocked or have such a penalty attached that it would almost force the player to quit the sport of stay put?
And the 2nd, what would the departing player owe the school that had invested in him/her?
