Brittany Pickett, who is very, very good when healthy, went down Saturday with an arm injury. She was in the lineup as a DP today and batted, so I guess that's a positive for them.
They have a pretty good #2 pitcher, Hannah George, but she hasn't pitched in a month.
The last three games they have started Katie Olinger and it's been a disaster: 10.1 innings, 22 hits, 17 runs and 16 earned runs. UNC is reporting her ERA at 14.66.
I would not be surprised to see UVA sweep them this weekend - unless they get a pitcher back.
