The actual problem was every Baylor guard was fantastic off the bounce

Mitchell, Butler, and Teague all shoot more 2's than 3's because they have no problem getting to the basket.

There was a reason every time down the floor Baylor switched Timme or Watson onto a guard, because that guard could score points at the rim. They also were outstanding from the elbow and midrange when Gonzaga went to a zone look.

When you have 3 point guards with fantastic handles, that can finish through contact, are lightning fast, and shoot from distance at a 40% clip you're going to win a ton of games.

VT has nobody who can do that, and won't next year either so that style of play is not realistic for us. Baylor doesn't run an offense, they play NBA iso ball. VT has to manufacture points via the system because we don't have the individual talent to play that way.
