is supportive of Pete and the program and would do what he can. However, and this was the real purpose of the earlier post, with state attendance restrictions, already existing financial distress from the pandemic, etc. what kind of reasonable bid could he possibly submit that had a chance to succeed. Schools, programs, maybe even localities with more liberal attendance guidelines and resources would seem to have an advantage. I think schools in Florida, Tennessee, Alabama,Texas and some others will benefit while traditional powers in states like California, and other more restricted states like Virginia, Michigan and Illinois will be at a disadvantage bid wise.
