Schools, programs, maybe even localities with more liberal attendance guidelines and resources would seem to have an advantage. I think schools in Florida, Tennessee, Alabama,Texas and some others will benefit while traditional powers in states like California, and other more restricted states like Virginia, Michigan and Illinois will be at a disadvantage bid wise.
