the sweep. Out hit them but just could not get the big hit when needed. For the series Keely was well..Keely and the young guns pitched well in their chance. The defense made some nice plays and overall the team swung a good bat. Blue was 60 /40 Duke behind the dish the whole series which makes hit harder for VT on both sides of the ball. As I said the other day we'll find out more about Duke as the series goes on. They were about what I thought they were ..scrappy team with pretty good pitching. Those type teams can be troublesome as we saw in the extra inning game last night and finding a way to "steal one" today. After seeing the series I'm convinced VT is the better team and even more so on a neutral field. Congrats to Coach D and the ladies on ANOTHER series WIN.
