Here’s my issue...


He still was allowed to weigh in then he made weight and at the time was expected to wrestle. Seeing as he was late he shouldn’t have been allowed to weigh in and I would have zero issue with him not being able to compete, but that’s not what happened. It took a committee vote to say no what you did isn’t acceptable and even though you did the same thing everyone else did to be able to compete today we’re not allowing you to wrestle because you were a few minutes later than you were supposed to be. I wouldn’t bend the rules for anybody had they completely missed weigh-ins which is not the case here. I just don’t think USA Wrestling took the right approach to this whole situation.
