Farley had to grow into the job and shined less than 1 year.


Really only part of 2019. Admittedly he was as good as Ryan at his best, for that time.

Ryan Williams came in "grown" and shined from his 1st game and pretty much every game after when not hampered by injuries.

Seems to me that is a notable difference
