Chase Singletary in the transfer portal at 197 or 285

Someone else mentioned this a couple of days ago, but that post didn't get any traction. But having perused the transfer portal list myself, Singletary jumps out. He got down to 197 for tOSU, but still didn't earn a spot. I believe he has two years of eligibility left. If you slot a guy like him in at 197 on this talented Hokies team and that could make a difference come tournament time.
