Buzz stopped recruiting here, so he picked up guys to plug holes in his magnum opus team at VT that really weren't the quality of player that could stand on their own in the ACC.

Wilkins was a large contributor on VT's best team of all time, largely because he was a confident player as the 5th scoring option on the floor surrounded by NBA talent.

He was the guy who Buzz didn't take with him, he stuck around and was the one VT player loudly supporting the program on social media. MY comes in and Wilkins basically plays the same amount of minutes but his FG% drops by 30%, then he gets pushed out because it's clear the incoming recruits are better fits for the system.

He goes to an ACC bottom-feeder that's also his hometown school and gets basically no playing time, and is now moving to a program that has NEVER had a D1 winning record.

Really hope he enjoyed the S16 run and that scoring that bucket against Zion.
