Assuming the strategy is indeed to take an immediately elibible transfer instead of repurpose these open schollies to high schoolers,
I assume CMY, Frazier, Webster, Glitner are well aware of kids coming on portal..they're reaching out, maybe one or more of them has a past relationship with a kid..they're gauging interest, telling a kid how much playing time they can offer, that sort of thing? Maybe a kid already visited VT in prior recruitment, but if not are there virtual visits going on?

I assume the fact we don't appear publicly at least to have much of a whiff from anyone, and a school like GW has landed Arizona, UConn and VT transfers in the last couple weeks, means absolutely nothing.
