thing said differently. Frank Beamer I know first hand is a relationship guy. He didn't trust Weaver to make the hire that would save some of his closest relationships with his assistants. That's what kept Frank awake at night. He genuinely loved his coaches and players and felt like that's why he became an Hall of Fame Coach. It's also why we are struggling with Fuente culture wise, he is trying, but it is not second nature for him to build relationships with people.
