These are entertainment events. They have different rules.

There is a differentiation between entertainment and social gatherings. Social gatherings are just for the fun of it gatherings, or parties. Even rec sports has different limits than entertainment venues which has different limits than college athletic events.

It's confusing as sh!t is my point.
