I get 50 points as seeded total without Mekhi

I don’t think the difference between 10th and 15th is worth dwelling on because it doesn’t mean much for our program. Sam Latona “only” scored 9 points as a redshirt freshman at his first NCAA tournament instead of the projected 16, so that’s over half the difference right there. If he had lost to Camacho twice, been seeded 10, and finished 7th, would that have been better? Getting the 2 seed happened because he already exceeded all expectations this season.

Andonian winning one more match would have been another 3.5 and that’s 11.5 points of the difference.
