Call would have remedied this issue. I donated my money last year but put my ticket money towards this year.....well i didn’t realize this year (not having to buy tickets due to the credit) that i dropped membership level. John Moody or Lu Merritt would have called me....i would have given....not a word.....and i have emailed them....crickets. Unfortunate.....i may drop altogether
