One part is to play guys that don’t normally start.


Today we started three guys that normally don’t play much. One got hurt chasing a deep fly ball. The catcher played about 4 innings before he was replaced by Hunter. The designated hitter Swisher played a majority of the innings before Dolan replaced him.

To me it was almost like practice after a while.
