The NCAA seeds BETTER lean/favor the wrestlers who actually WRESTLED!

I'm NOT saying an absolute known Nat'l title FAVORITE should be a 6 seed, for example.
BUT...
When you start splitting hairs, you have got to "reward" those who put it on the line throughout the year more often than those that didn't, period.
