Respect

Until the Hokie Softball program wins regionals year after year it will not garner the respect from the "elites" of the media (Esp. ESPN), and the coaching world. There are exceptions of course to this, and I don't want to start a discussion about those teams we feel are ranked ahead of us that shouldn't be. RPI and Massey are more accurate and scientific IMHO. Peaking in postseason is what it's all about.
