Zero chance - OX hasn't been able to have the off campus parties ...


...for probably nearly a decade now - Sombrero Day (a bit before my time) became Old School but was the same idea. Usually Old School in the Spring, Tri Chi in the Fall with Delta Chi and Sigma Chi - Not to mention the other massive parties we used to throw. Obviously became such a liability with National and VT that the parties had to stop. Gone were the days we could pay off the neighbors with a case of Beast to not call the Christiansburg cops.
