Ugh, I gained about 15 during 2020

Granted, that was after losing 50 in the couple of years prior. I had gotten into a pretty good and sustainable groove with both exercise and diet, but being unemployed for 8 months ruined my routine and Covid severely hampered my ability to work out like I wanted.

But I returned to employment just before Thanksgiving, got my diet back into something resembling a routine, and I've dropped about 10 of the 15.

I'm back to 192 now. I hovered between 184-187 before Covid. Still would like to get to 177 someday; that would make me officially and clinically "not overweight" and likely as flat a belly as someone my age will ever get without doing crazy stuff like Spartan races or triathlons.

I guess for some, Covid is an opportunity to make new habits. For others, like me, Covid blew up some of the few good habits we had.
