truth to that. Some pitchers breaking stuff does improve some with fatigue but it's probably not due to increased spin rate but rather due to decreased velocity as they tire. C.Osterman was/is the perfect example. If you're going to get her it needs to be in the early innings when sometimes she's actually over throwing. She's a more effective at 63 mph than 66.
