You did not ask me, but in my opinion, Rochard had some control issues


here and there against Clemson and FSU. However, overall she pitched well. I think she can improve (just based off her past performance rather than on my vast knowledge of softball pitching). Some numbers (hopefully they are accurate):

Clemson:
-11 innings
-eight SOs
-two BBs
-three HBPs

I thought she was better against FSU, but she had too many BBs in game two.

FSU:
-12 innings
-16 SOs
-five BBs (all in game two)
-one HBP

She allowed only three ERs total in 23 innings, which is an era of 0.913, against two pretty good teams. BA against her was 13/79, or 0.165.

Good job Keely.

I enjoyed the series wins this past week. Thank you VT women's softball.
