When will the VA Gov allow Lane Stadium FULL capacity? WATCHDOG Analysis

So with a few calculations and assumptions, this is what a current forecast for “normal” full football attendance permitted at Lane Stadium might look like. (A followup from a few weeks ago)

If you take the population of Virginia, less the under 18-year olds, and calculate based upon the latest 7-day inoculation rate (about 222,000 per week), we’ll have every Virginian with one dose by Aug 17th, 2 doses by September 7th (assuming 21-day wait in-between doses), and 2 doses including the mandatory waiting period (14 days) after the 2nd dose at September 21st.

Now if you assume, say a 20% anti-vaxer rate, then the inoculations will be completed for the entire state including the mandatory waiting period for immunity to build up on August 13th.

So one can conclude that we might be in good shape for a full football season this September.

So does anyone know what criterion the Governor will be using to allow for outdoor stadiums to open? Does this give Whit enough lead time to provide for a GO / NOGO decision, i.e. is that too late?

Perhaps TSL can put in a question to the state office and to Whit in the upcoming weeks?
