However, I'd argue it is easier to learn how to manage late game situations than it is to learn how to recruit. So hopefully there's some urgency/pressure for him to figure that out.

But I also think it is important to realize that most coaches have strengths and weaknesses. There aren't many Coach Ks or Genos out there.

The good recruiters are often not the best tacticians and vice versa. We'e a middling ACC program. As such, the criticisms of Brooks strike me as legit if we were a top program settling for a middling coach. We're a middling program who has a solid though imperfect coach.

All the gnashing of teeth seems like a massive waste of energy to me.
