I know from the past there were players divided on the team between Beth recruits and Bonnie recruits when the transition happened. There was literally a chemistry issue on the team. I was told that they don't trust Beth and her decision making and she favored some players over others. Kenny is a players coach and they all to me seem like they are on the same page which is the first key to being successfull. I don't think he favors anyone either. Basically what I was getting at is Bonnie made us a consistent NCAA tournament team and I can see Kenny doing the same when all of the pieces gel. It will be nice to have recent success to show future recruits and I really think a lot of the current players or recent ones under Kenny like Cole will come back and explain what is expected and be there for support. He has had multiple JMU players do this. I really feel like that is something in which is needed for continued success.
