a disaster. I hate even going there to get info. The Athletic Dept. keeps shooting itself in the foot - over and over. Babcock wanted customer service to be equal to Disney but I think it evidently has been a long time since he was at a Disney park. We are a long way from having great customer service. Sad when we can't get things fixed for the fans. All they want is your money and they expect you to just deal with everything else. No way to run the place!
