Hornacek had a better FT% and 3PT% than Mullin (and better than Dell)
Mullin was the superior player to Hornacek, but Hornacek is 17th all time in FT%, and 34th all time in 3PT% (Mullin is 36th and 99th, respectively). Granted they didn't shoot the volume of threes back then that they do now, but I'm not sure how Hornacek is a only a "good (but not elite)" shooter. He was one of the best shooters of his era in the NBA in the late 80's and early 90's.
