NCAA is being pressured, including by our government. Proposed changes include athlete compensation, sponsorship, transfer anywhere without penalty, etc. College football will soon be NFL minor leagues. Yet, what won't change is those with more money are going to rule. I suspect it will continue to be mostly the same teams.
