Most RB have flash in the pan careers. Its so much to do with special skill set + team scheme + proper personnel + blah + blah....it takes a lot ...unless derrick henry.

Guys like Bell, had great flash with the Steelers...and hot garbage stats anywhere else.

Elliot the same way....he gets shut down when all the attention and pressure focused on him. Rightfully so, its gang tackle and stack box type stuff when they keyed on him and shut him down.

They just don't have Frank Gore types anymore. Just run...forward....hard...don't fumble....keep going....harder...for an eternity of seasons. But also, Gore was never the top end speed outrun the team type. He has always been a bruiser.
