It may be time for ND to encourage Texas as the 16th member of the ACC

Texas being under control of ESPN makes it a possible move. The competition would be SEC, of course, but Texas would be able to shine more in Football in the ACC than the SEC.

I know ND wants to stay independent, but the SEC is going to be set up to dominate even more than they already are. It don't think Texas wants to go there though. We'll see.
